2. Purpose

This contract concerns the distance selling of photographic works, printed and shipped by the professional laboratory WhiteWall.

3. Price and Payment Terms

All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.

Shipping costs, if not included, are calculated during order confirmation.

Payment can be made using the methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, or other indicated methods).

Any customs duties or import taxes for shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery

Average delivery times are indicated in the "Delivery Information" section.

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European regulations, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalized or custom-made products (such as photographic prints made specifically for the customer).

In the event of damage occurring during transport or a manufacturing defect, we undertake to replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Liability

The seller is not liable for delays due to force majeure, strikes, transport disruptions, or customs formalities.

We remain at your disposal to assist you and resolve any delivery-related issues.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with EU law.
